The association provides practical information and advice to members on a wide range of topics - industrial relations, work health safety, environment, viticulture and business legislation, to name a few.

Expert advice is just a phone call away or consultation at your premises can be arranged. The latest information, reports, resources and support tools are available in the member’s area.

The association has established a number of strategic industry partnership programs to assist members obtain savings when purchasing essentials (eg: electricity, business insurance, credit insurance, legal services and superannuation).

Members are encouraged to share their expertise via the Employee Relations, WHS and Environment committees that deal with specific subjects, and provide a forum for the exchange of information, development of policy and new ideas. The Regional Associations Forum also meets regularly ensuring that state and regions work together.
