The association provides practical information and advice to members on a wide range of topics - industrial relations , OHS, environment, viticulture and business legislation, to name a few.

Expert advice is just a phone call away or consultation at your premises can be arranged. The latest information, reports, resources and support tools are available in the member’s area.

The association has established a number of strategic industry partnership programs to assist members obtain savings when purchasing essentials (eg: electricity, business insurance, credit insurance, legal services and superannuation).

Members are encouraged to share their expertise via the Employee Relations, OHSW, Environment and Export committees that deal with specific subjects, and provide a forum for the exchange of information, development of policy and new ideas. The Regional Associations Forum also meets regularly ensuring that state and regions work together.
