The South Australian Wine Industry Council (SAWIC) is the main form of engagement between the South Australian wine industry and the South Australian Government. SAWIC Members are appointed by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and are drawn from the SA grape and wine industry.

Wine: A Partnership 2010-2015 is SAWIC’s strategic plan. It identifies the key areas where the Government and the wine Industry can work together to maintain and strengthen the wine industry in South Australia.

The following communiqué has been developed to share the actions, recommendations and decisions that arise from the work of SAWIC.
