The Award winners have been announced for this year as follows:
Accommodation – The Louise (Barossa)
Architecture and Landscape – Chapel Hill Winery (McLaren Vale)
Art and Culture – Coriole Vineyards (McLaren Vale)
Innovative Wine Tourism Experience – Henschke and Hutton Vale Farm (Barossa)
Sustainable Wine Tourism Practices – Whistling Kite Vineyard (Riverland)
Wine Tourism Restaurants – Hentley Farm Wines (Barossa)
Wine Tourism Services – Penfolds Magill Estate (Adelaide Hills)
Award winners will be presented with their award and recognised at the SAWIA AGM luncheon on 22 September 2017.
All winning entries will represent South Australia at the Great Wine Capitals international awards program, in November 2017 in Chile where an international award winner will be announced.
SAWIA supports the membership of the Great Wine Capitals along with our 18 wine regions through a financial contribution, membership of the steering committee overseeing activity and provides various in-kind support.
