The strategy provides insight into the current state of the wine tourism sector in South Australia, and then outlines the opportunity to increase expenditure in South Australia associated with wine tourism by $10m by 2020 and increase visitation by 10,000 visitors. It identifies the Priority Markets of China, USA and UK, as well as Secondary Markets of New Zealand, France and Canada.
