The National Wine Education and Training Centre (NWETC) is the South Australian Wine Industry Association’s education arm and has presented classes in wine appreciation for more than 50 years.
Tasting the wines while discussing the theory of growing, pressing and bottling ensures that participants complete the courses with a comprehensive understanding of the major varietals and the complexities that are the delight of a well made wine.
Suitable for casual wine drinkers, those that want to reconfirm their existing knowledge or anyone wanting to work in the wine industry, these courses provide an excellent foundation to build knowledge, appreciation and develop sensory skills.
