The aim is to put employers at the centre of the training system and making it response to the needs of industry.
In this context, SAWIA is advocating strongly to ensure that there is adequate representation by the wine industry on the industry reference committee that will drive the process of developing and reviewing the qualifications. SAWIA will also be making a submission by 9 September 2016 on the proposed 4-yearly work plan for the wine industry qualifications (see attachment).
