Late this afternoon, we received an email (below) from Australian Grape  & Wine advising of an opportunity to be involved in a Price Undertaking for the China Market. We understand that the proposal is considered to have merit, but note the comment below that “… there is a high chance that MOFCOM will reject the application”.  
 
Note the urgent deadline of COB Wednesday, 6 January 2021.
